2. Account Registration
Users must:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under their account
Accounts found using false information may be suspended without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
Users shall NOT use the platform for:
- Spam messages
- Fraudulent activities
- Phishing
- Illegal marketing
- Adult content
- Gambling promotions where prohibited
- Political messaging without applicable approvals
- Hate speech
- Malware distribution
- Messages violating Indian telecom regulations
Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
4. Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
- TRAI Regulations
- DLT Registration requirements
- Telecom Operator Guidelines
- Applicable laws of India
Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary recipient consent before sending promotional communications.
5. Pricing
Pricing displayed on the website may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged separately where required.
6. Payments
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Credits will be added only after successful payment confirmation.
Failed or disputed payments may delay account activation.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of SMS credits:
- Purchased SMS credits are generally non-refundable once credited.
- Duplicate payments may be refunded after verification.
- Failed payment transactions that do not result in credit allocation will be refunded according to the payment gateway’s processing timelines.
- Refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. SMS Delivery
SMS delivery depends on:
- Mobile operators
- Recipient handset availability
- Network coverage
- DND regulations
- Telecom routing
We do not guarantee 100% delivery of every SMS.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Maintenance, telecom issues, or force majeure events may affect service.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, website content, logos, and platform technology remain the property of Connect.MediaMileage.
Unauthorized copying or resale is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Connect.MediaMileage shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- SMS delivery delays caused by telecom operators
- Customer misuse of the platform
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
12. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Non-payment
- Abuse of services
- Fraud
- Violation of these Terms
- Legal or regulatory requirements
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
14. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
